Delete your Classical Quest account

This page explains how to delete a Classical Quest account and what data is removed. You do not need to be signed in to read these instructions or contact us for help.

Delete your account in the app

Open Classical Quest and sign in to the account you want deleted.
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
Review the deletion warning, then confirm the deletion when the app asks you to confirm again.

What deletion removes

Account deletion removes the authentication account used to sign in and the account-linked Classical Quest records we use to run the product.

Profile and family account records
Scholar/student records attached to the account
Synced learning progress, practice history, streaks, and achievements
Account preferences and feedback records tied to the account

Payment records are processed by Stripe and may be retained by Stripe or by Classical Quest where required for billing, tax, security, dispute, or legal compliance. Local data stored only on a device may also remain on that device until the app or browser data is cleared.

If you cannot access the app

If you uninstalled the app, lost access to your account, or need help with a child account, email us from the address associated with the account when possible. We will verify the request before deleting account data.

Timing and related policies

We respond to deletion requests within 30 days after verifying that the requester controls the account or is the parent or guardian for a child account. For more detail, read the Privacy Policy or contact Support.
