Account and data rights
This page explains how to delete a Classical Quest account and what data is removed. You do not need to be signed in to read these instructions or contact us for help.
If you're signed in, you can delete your account yourself, right away. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account, type your account email to confirm, and choose Permanently delete my account. This removes your authentication account and the account-linked records listed below immediately, and signs you out.
Open SettingsIf you can't sign in, prefer not to delete it yourself, or are a parent or guardian requesting deletion of a child account, email us from the address associated with the account (when possible) so we can verify the request before deleting any data. We respond within 30 days.

Account deletion removes the authentication account used to sign in and the account-linked Classical Quest records we use to run the product.
Payment records are processed by Stripe and may be retained by Stripe or by Classical Quest where required for billing, tax, security, dispute, or legal compliance. Local data stored only on a device may also remain on that device until the app or browser data is cleared.
We respond to deletion requests within 30 days after verifying that the requester controls the account or is the parent or guardian for a child account. For more detail, read the Privacy Policy or contact Support.
