Grammar Stage (K–6th Grade) Latin = memorizing the 5 noun declension ending chants. Chant each set of endings aloud until you know them by heart!
Before you chant: singular or plural?
To understand noun-declension endings, first identify whether the noun is singular or plural.
Declension endings get you nouns. For verbs and full-sentence translation, use these print-ready references.
Before memorizing the endings, a learner must first understand what each case is for.
