Convert fractions into decimals using long division, and tell terminating decimals apart from repeating decimals.

To turn a fraction into a decimal, divide the numerator by the denominator. If the remainder eventually becomes 0, the decimal stops (terminates). If the remainder keeps repeating, the decimal repeats forever — and we show that with a bar over the repeating digit, like 0.3̅.
