Add two numbers written in scientific notation when both have the same power of 10, by adding the coefficients and keeping the exponent.

When the powers of 10 match, just add the coefficients and keep the exponent. Think of it like adding 2 apples + 3 apples = 5 apples — the 'apples' (power of 10) stays the same.
